Refund Policy
Service-Based Projects
Since we offer customized IT services, refunds are generally not provided once a project has commenced. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
Project Cancellation
If a client chooses to cancel a project before development begins, a partial refund may be issued based on the time and resources already invested.
Non-Refundable Items
- Deposits and upfront payments are non-refundable.
- Completed and delivered work is non-refundable.
